What sort of lifestyle changes have you made to attempt losing weight? Have you perhaps considered laying off the sugar laden sodas and fast food?

Yes. I’m also planning taking Hot Yoga classes to increase my stamina so I can actually get into the gym and propel my weight loss. I intend to start Weight Watchers as well so I can not just eat diet food which is more expensive and less tasty, but to learn how to portion foods properly.
